  Called and set up a service call for the next morning. Eddie called and was 15 minutes out. He got here, accessed the problem, changed the parts needed while explaining exactly what had occurred. Here and gone in maybe an hour or so. He probably could have finished faster if I hadn't kept getting in his way trying to "help." And even listened to my war stories while working away.
